Has experience in legal advisory for clients from various sectors, collective bargaining, as well as mergers and acquisitions from a labor perspective. Member of the Labor Law Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Section (OAB/SP).
He is a member of the OAB's comission of Lawyers of Labour law.

- Master’s degree in Labor Law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC/SP)
- Postgraduate degree in Labor and Social Security Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC/MG)
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo.
