Jessica has expertise in compliance, personal data protection, corporate governance, and competition law. She holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Mackenzie-SP, a postgraduate degree in Economic Law, and an Executive MBA in Management and Business Law, both from FGV. With extensive experience in law firms and legal departments, she is co-author of several books and articles on competition law and personal data protection and holds certifications in compliance and data protection.
