During a week-long business trip in Paris, Tamy Tanzilli, Anne-Catherine Brunschwig, Carolina Moresco, and Cécile Verdeaux have had the opportunity to organize, on October 10, a conference on foreign investment in Brazil at the Brazilian Embassy in Paris, in collaboration with Pramex International and Velours International.
Conference Speakers:
- Pramex International, with Jerome Dupas, who shared insights on the economic context in Brazil, M&A and the positive economic recovery in 2024.
- GTLawyers, represented by Tanzilli Tamy, who presented a legal overview of investments in Brazil: towards a simplification of the legal and regulatory framework.
- Velours International, with Laurent Serafini, addressed the topic: how to protect your investments and assets in Brazil?
We’ve also had the privilege of hearing two inspiring testimonials from Jérôme Leboeuf of NOREMAT Ltda. and Stephane Lehning of Laboratoires Lehning, who shared their investment experience in Brazil, whether through company creation or acquisition.
